This was a new vendor for me. the prices are extremely fair for sterling. i had a couple issues with gold plating with rings because customers using alcohol based hand sanitizer. This company was so understanding and quick to offer an exchange or fix of the products. I give that an A+++. It is comforting to have such great customer service. The products I ordered are selling through fast!!!!!
