It's a small bag that's made for carrying light items....not for everyday overuse. I had so many positive remarks from customers buying that bag. One of my most popular! I'm so sorry you don't like it. Next time try messaging me about any of my bags and the size and function. I can certainly help in the selection! I don't think it warranted a review like this. Hello! Yes...this bag is not for everyday overuse and is quite small at the opening. It would have been wonderful if you had contacted me to resolve this...I could have sent you bags that fit your boutique better. I also was supposed to receive a bag back from you as I sent you a replacement but haven't received that yet. Are you still planning on returning that? If you haven't sold these bags that you have reviewed, please return them!!!! I can send you some newer designs. I get better and better with each bag I make so I'm sure you will be satisfied.
