Specifically, the Red Wolf and Beach Morning Glory have suffered primarily due to habitat loss. On the other hand, the Northern Long-Eared Bats have been devastated by White Nose Syndrome. In this fantastical depiction, they are all linked, though in reality they are like ships passing each other from day to night.
