We are fortunate that the Egyptians of ancient times made elaborate preparations for the afterlife and decorated their tombs with wonderful paintings and carvings. These and the remaining buildings and even papyri were the sources for both simple and complex pictures in A Coloring Book of Ancient Egypt.
