This cow print hair scrunchie is made from 100% cotton and all fabric has been pre-washed. This piece is sewn and made in the United States in a smoke-free and dog friendly home. I hand stitch each scrunchie closed so that it is seamless. Depending on hair type depends on how many times the scrunchie can wrap around. With the set of scrunchies I made for myself I have been able to wrap them around my thick hair twice.
