I've ordered from Gerson for many years, and despite their efforts they've never been a prime vendor in my eyes. I always have to watch their pricing for the size of the product, which always looks nice, but hardly ever worth the price.Their cost of shipping is always higher than my other suppliers. This most recent order came in a box far too large which with dimensional pricing makes the price skyrocket. It could have been shipped in a box half the size at least it wasn't in 10 boxes.

I love the products we received, high quality and finish. One of the items was the wrong one in the shipment which disappointed me a bit. But it still worked out best way with Faire. I also love the packaging, with a test button where the customer can try how the light looks like, really helps up sales.

Only complaint is that each item was shipped in it's own box. We got 24 separate small boxes on our first order. Many of the boxes were damaged, but almost all merchandise was still ok. Faire is great to work with for credits on the couple of damaged items. This is a new company for us. Their products are selling well so far. We have already paced a new order. Nice to have a vendor with Holiday items for sale, as several of our vendors not on Faire are having problems with shipping.
