The quality of the items are great, better and larger than expected. I received order acknowledgment right away along with notices that shipping labels had been created. It did take a couple weeks to actually ship. I am very disappointed to see some of the items I ordered at a nearby chain grocery store for half the price. This makes it quite difficult to be considered a local store with great prices, when the big box stores can sell items for almost less than what I can buy items for.

American Plastic Toys joining Faire is a huge win for specialty retailers based in the USA. Their products and customer service are all handled domestically, so they're very easy to get ahold of. Their Gigantic Truck series is top notch. They have very affordable prices, and while the plastic isn't top-notch, I can vouch for its durability. My family has owned a sand spinner by American Plastic Toys for two generations now. I'm hoping they bring more and more of their products to Faire.

All of the products were good quality. The freight charge unfortunately is outrageous which will keep me from purchasing again. I get multiple pallets for nearly the same price of my order. They need to figure out how not to ship each box separately. I had another company ship me about the same amout of product in weight and cubic space in boxes from Michigan for under $40 where there shipment cost was just under $300. Strap the boxes together and or have bigger master boxes for the smaller case
