Wholesale Mid century modern

When I began work on this design and began researching mid-century modern architecture.... I was thinking of Palm Springs and the fundamental relationship with nature this style brought to society.  There's a minimalist esthetic and an admirable simplicity to the fine craftsmanship, construction and design brought forward by the influencers of that era such as Ray Eames,  Arne Jacobsen, and George Nelson. This lantern, with its mid-century modern interpretation embraces the tennents of the period -  organic materials, simple forms, function without fuss. The result is a clean, modern softly repeating pattern that just sings in all three wood species:  black walnut, white oak or maple. The way this lantern shines (pardon the pun) in groups and in varying sizes makes it so versitile while the texture of the wood infuses this lantern with warmth, character and the laid-back luxe of this design period.
