As a result, they provide a tender and delicate texture, perfect for blending with the other ingredients. To enhance the taste of our hard white nougat, we use exquisite honey. Indeed, our recipe includes lavender honey and orange blossom honey, two treasures of the region. These natural honeys add a subtle sweetness and captivating floral notes. Moreover, they create a unique and refined taste that will delight sweet lovers. It is traditionally enjoyed during the 13 Provençal desserts, an iconic Christmas custom. Store between 18 and 20°C.
