I was approached to make a utensil for making fufu and along the way, created this part spoon/part spatula utensil that I fell in love with while using in my test kitchen. As a hybrid utensil, it serves many purposes - the wide mouth can handle almost any project on the stove, but the slight curve on the sides also allows for an excellent serving piece.
