I was disappointed with the overall presentation of the products I received. The packaging appeared unprofessional, with excessive tape on the boxes, which gave a messy impression. Additionally, several candle wicks were noticeably off-center, affecting the visual appeal and perceived quality. Unfortunately, the items did not meet the standard I need for my gift shop.
