Küstenstreicher® WPC Impregnation evolution is used for impregnating WPC (wood-plastic composites), as well as Resysta and polyrattan surfaces. WPC Impregnation evolution is an aqueous, colorless impregnation suitable for all WPC surfaces. Made from natural oils, the product impregnates WPC surfaces in an open-pored manner, makes them weather-resistant and increases resistance to UV light and household chemicals. Very good freeze-thaw performance outdoors due to an active, moisture-regulating surface. Hazard and safety information can be found in the product images. Properties: » new formulation » excellent substrate adhesion » easy-to-clean surface Application/processing: » Surface must be frost-free, clean, dust-free and dry. » Pretreatment with a suitable cleaner removes algae, grease, dirt and other contaminants. » Processing temperature (including drying) above +8 °C. Humidity < 60%. » Stir contents well before and during use. » Effects vary on different surfaces. A test coat is required. Apply Küstenstreicher® WPC Impregnation evolution twice with a brush or cloth (intermediate drying approx. 12 hours). The product can also be recoated in the touch-dry state after approx. 8–12 hours. Drying time may be prolonged in cold, wet weather. Refresh as required; monitor the surface. Coverage: Approx. 50–100 ml/m², i.e. 1 liter of Küstenstreicher WPC Impregnation evolution covers approx. 10–20 m² depending on the texture of the surface. Consumption may increase on grooved surfaces (factor 2–3). Cleaning: Clean tools with water and soap. Storage: Cool, but frost-free. Ingredients: Natural waxes and oils, water, 2-butoxyethanol, additives, in-can preservative (MIT/BIT; advice for isothiazolinone allergy sufferers +49(0)8465-173825).
