I was disappointed with the quality of some items and wished to return them. I was able to complete the return through Faire but Viski is not replying to my request for shipping information. Viski has great glassware, other products have inconsistent quality. Will give them another shot- just need communication!

Love your style and was really looking forward to carrying your brand. The bar cart is a disappointment. Poor quality, metal discolored in areas, hard to assemble. Can’t possibly sell for $200+. Glasses and decanters gorgeous. Glass very thin. I believe you’re onto something!
