Very easy to work with and so helpful to accommodate our requests for product not initially showing as available. And when the product came (lots of 'squees' for the cute from the staff unpacking the box) we discover they included possibly the nicest little personal gift we have had from a vendor for a long time. Nice little touch and well worth ordering for. Really hoping we do well with these products as we love supporting companies with such great customer service and awesome product.
