Full of rich history, Florence Italy is one of the most deservedly iconic and incredible cities in Europe. This pocket square takes the wearer on a journey through some of the most-loved spots in the city - surrounding the main vignette which overlooks the duomo, the four quadrants feature scenes of Ponte Vecchio, Santa Croce, Palazzo Uffizi, and the Piazza Delle Signoria. The geometric motifs and patterns in the corners and the surrounding borders have been pulled directly from motifs found within and on the Duomo itself. On the outermost border, a landscape of Tuscany inspired by the famed fresco 'Procession of the Magi", found within the Palazzo Medici in Florence is rendered. This piece was entirely hand-drawn on paper with pen and ink, before digital rendering and coloring.
