Perfect for a vinaigrette or for seasoning lamb and wild game as well as a visual treat for your eyes! The basis for this treat for your eyes #2 is, as always, our Granito sea salt. Like all our salts, Granito is a 100% natural sea salt, untreated and only dried in the sun and then grinded. It does not contain any anticaking or bleaching agents or any other additives. Granito is rich in natural minerals and microelements due to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", where SAL de IBIZA is harvested. After almost 2.800 years of almost continuous cultivation, these salines were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. Ingredients: Sea salt (approx. 60%), hibiscus blossoms (approx. 40%)
