A bolder version of our best-selling 70% Patanemo bar, this chocolate is lower in sugar and higher in polyphenol-rich cacao! Slight fruit notes come through in this 85% version. These chocolates are beautifully packaged and super tasty! The quality is outstanding. Our customers buy several at a time sometimes, as they make great gifts (and snacks). Christian and Jessica are lovely to work with and all the chocolates come packaged in countertop displays, ready for sale. Faire integration with Square makes inventory tracking easy. A great addition to our coffee shop!
