Brushed Steel: This finish lies between a nickel/pewter hue with a satin sheen. It goes well with both modern and rustic decor. this is not a high shine, factory gloss kind of look. Some forge scale will be present which gives this finish a slightly antiqued/hand forged quality. Brass Brushed: This finish is achieved by heating the piece and hand brushing using a solid brass bristle brush. The brass integrates with the steel creating a very durable and amazingly beautiful darkened brass/bronze coloration.
