Once glitter is applied, this adhesive is waterproof, sweatproof and smooth to the touch for up to 5 days! Create amazing glitter artwork on the body by using tattoo stencils, embellish real tattoos, or make your creativity shine with glittering freehand designs on the skin. Also perfect for making glitter lips or sparkly cheek highlights. Cosmetic Dries Clear Adhesive is water-based, hypoallergenic, and parent approved! To Apply: 1.) Apply a thin layer of the adhesive to skin. (Careful as to not go back and forth over the same spot as it dries quickly) 2.) Let dry completely, once the adhesive dries completely you're ready to apply glitter. 3.) Use a dry cosmetic brush to apply glitter until the adhesive is completely covered, use brush to remove excess glitter.
