It is light and airy, with the delicate honey-vanilla flavor of panettone. It is topped with icing and Bari almonds. The high percentage of unsaturated fats make olive oil beneficial for heart and blood vessels. Its phenols are powerful antioxidants, fighting against free radicals. A lot of healthy properties of olive oil were already known in the remote past.
