The Artemis Vest is one-of-a-kind, made from a vintage Suzani textiles hand embroidered by women in Uzbekistan. All our fur is repurposed from vintage coats. Originally the Suzani textiles were made for women's dowries, this embroidered technique has been passed down from mother to daughter since ancient times. Each symbol, pattern and color are specifically chosen by the creator to tell a story. By repurposing these textiles and using them for self-adornment, the wearer can feel the intention and sacredness in each garment. The Artemis Vest is unisex, with three clasp closure and satin poly lining with vintage fur trim. The sizes are S/M (US 6-8) and M/L (US 10-12) measures approximately 50 inches shoulder to hem. The Vest is Dry Clean only, made from 100% cotton with cotton threading using natural dyes. Because all the Suzanis and fur are vintage, hand embroidered and one-of-a-kind, vest may vary but will have same colors and similar designs as the one pictured.
