We love everything we ordered! I personally carry the Universal Monster bag with me daily and get so many compliments. We had reached out for a shipping accommodation and they were so helpful. We not only have a store but run a Horror Convention and wanted a new sampling of bags to try out before placing a larger Halloween order.
