Description
Heishi jewelry is believed to be the oldest form of jewelry making in New Mexico; possibly all of the US. The word heishi means "shell," although today the term is often used to reference small handmade beads made from many different natural materials. My Heishi hoops are the perfect size, at just under 2.5 inches. All posts and hooks are gold-plated, sterling silver or surgical steel. All components are hypoallergenic, and nickel-free. Will and Jonquil is a jewelry brand that is based mainly in polymer clay. Polymer clay is super lightweight but flexible. It's incredibly diverse and makes a great base for my little creations. I combine elements of brass, gold and silver hardware with clay and the occasional stone, pearl or faux leather. I make each piece by hand and take pride in creating truly unique styles. My goal is to create jewelry that brings you joy but more importantly, showcases your gorgeous unique self. My styles range from simple and modern to big, bold styles.
