ITA would gather her loved ones and craft delectable corn tostadas with captivating flavors, served alongside her own hand-roasted coffee, brewed on a traditional clay griddle. She would also delight in preparing sliced plantain chips, one of her personal favorites. Driven by a deep desire to share these authentic flavors with families in the United States, Angel and Ingrid embarked on a mission to establish ITA'S FOODS Corp.
