Description
Bill's Bees 100% Bee Pollen is collected by our honey bees from native wildflowers in the San Gabriel Mountains of Los Angeles County. The color of the pollen granules varies based on the flowers in bloom at the time of harvest. Because our pollen comes from wildflowers, it is free from fertilizers and pesticides. After collection, the pollen is frozen in a sealed container to maintain its soft texture and mouth-melting flavor. Enjoy it on cereal or yogurt with your morning coffee or tea. Ingredients: 100% Bee Pollen Our bee pollen is fresh and should be refrigerated. We ship it frozen and recommend refrigerating it immediately upon receipt. We keep the pollen cold and frozen until it reaches you. Thank you!

This is not Buckwheat. Product is very light color and sweet. Taste is good but not what it is supposed to be. Tastes just like clover. In the photos, I have included a comparison to other Buckwheat honey in my shop.
