To support this family business, orders are pre-financed at 50% by Karawan-authentic. The weaving is done from OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton and the dyes are certified free of heavy metals. India is today the world’s largest producer of organic cotton. A recent law requires that the processing of the raw material be carried out in the country itself, thus promoting the creation of added value for the benefit of Indian artisans or manufacturers.
