I sent a message while unpacking an order later at night about a concern on the orders best by dates. They called me the very next morning, explained that was a challenge with dates on one of their label guns, offered to make it right even though there was not anything technically wrong with the product AND explained to me that everything is made within 5 days of shipping and doesn’t just sit on the shelf waiting to be shipped out. I love a good explanation!! Thank you!!
