Wholesale Double Dizzy Pinwheels Quilt Pattern

Wholesale patterns are sold in increments of 5 printed saddle-stitch booklets, 5.5" x 8.5", each in a 6" x 9" poly zip sleeve. When my fat quarters of Eye Candy by Ruby Star Society arrived it inspired me to create this pattern! I wanted something whimsical and a little different than other pinwheel quilts I’ve seen.
