Overall I love Cocokind and so do my clients but here's a couple of issues I have. Shipping is always a little slow which is understandable if the products are being made more fresh. I've received many items with damaged packaging making it not so appealing to put on the shelf. Also, the suggested retail price is much higher that what they sell it for on their site and it's hard to compete with their loyalty program and bigger retailers like Ulta and Target. Makes it hard for smaller businesses.
