Use a half or full pump, depending on your preference of oil to be dispensed. Marshmallow After Shower Body Oil is made up of premium organic sunflower oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin E (Tocopherol), and certified organic pure natural flavor. (8 fl oz bottle with flow minimizer) To Use: Immediately after showing, apply to legs, hips, tummy, arms, neck, face, etc. (Tip - To cover a boarder area of skin while using less oil, apply while skin is still damp)

The products I received are excellent! My only issue was the lack of communication that the order would be VERY delayed. I now know this is due to a shortage of Sunflower oil. It would've been much better if upon receiving my order they would've sent me a message letting me know there was a delay instead of finding out to late for an event I was planning on showcasing them at.
