I love the products! They are very well made and as cute as could be. The dogs love them. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the order process including shipping. I get that these are custom made and it takes time, but there should be updates on status. I placed an order on Nov 2nd with a delivery date of 11/25. On 11/25 I sent a note because it had not even shipped yet. The response was that it would ship out on Monday 11/28. I finally received the order on 12/3
