After 1st item arrived, spoke to them about the gross discrepancy from both their stated product specifics, and detailed photo, yet they saw no need to check their product supply and assured me their supply was manufactured consistent to their representation, from their perspective. So I re-ordered, but got another identical to the first!!! They had not made any attempt to verify quality control of their current supply, nor revise their specifically stated product features.
