Pasta is certainly the most consumed and well-known Italian dish in the world. But what would a pasta dish be without the sauce, the good one, with basil leaves and in traditional beer bottles? Whether they are spaghetti bolognese or lasagna or any other type of pasta, it makes no difference if our sauce is ready to season everything. To make it, we use only Italian tomatoes, processed fresh and by hand according to the Calabrian tradition with the addition of fresh basil. The choice of the so-called “beer” bottle is linked to the Calabrian tradition that provided for and still requires that beer bottles are used as they are made with a harder glass than well suited the needs of families.
