Very unprofessional customer service. Come on, WHD, are you going to allow your customer service reps to talk to your customers in this manner? I will be reporting you to the BBB with screenshots of where your customer service rep called me a liar and dumb.

We take customer service very seriously, so we’d like to provide some additional context. The order in question included a significant missing item claim totaling approximately $600, which was later increased by an additional $200 after a recount. Given that many of the items ship in full case packs, we requested a double-check on inventory before proceeding. After escalation through Faire support and further review on the buyer’s end, we were informed that the previously claimed missing items were located. Regarding the flower pots mentioned: these were newly launched items, and we discovered after shipping that our factory had incorrectly tagged certain boxes, which resulted in color discrepancies. This was not an intentional substitution, and we corrected the listing immediately once identified to prevent any future confusion. Very unprofessional customer service. Basically called me a liar and dumb when my warehouse made an incorrect count and we filed a claim. We resolved it. WHD also sent substitutions and incorrect products and would not refund. Should have just reached out first to see if our company was interested in the substitutions first. They didn't. They just sent whatever they felt like sending and then said it was our responsibility to ship them back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not worth it1
