All Edge Grain cutting boards will also be 1.5" thick but can also be cusomized to suit your needs. Cutting boards can also have feet installed and/or a juice groove added. All of my cutting boards are treated with 2 applications of mineral oil and finished with a mineral oil beeswax finish to give it a nice sheen.  All cutting board sold come with a small container of mineral oil and beeswax to apply to your cutting board when it is looking dry.
