I love the product. Very nice soft leather which is what I was hoping for. A few items I ordered were not fulfilled, said discontinued. I was missing the strap for one handbag I received. I messaged Leather Impression and they quickly replied. Apologized for any inconvenience and said they would ship the strap ASAP. I will be order I g more from this company.
