Product is top quality and amazingly beautiful! Just put product out and customers love it! I had a small number of glasses break in shipment (3 out of several dozen) but overall items were wrapped well and I'm confident they will replace(just reported). UPDATE: I filed my claim for the broken pieces and within minutes I had a call to get them replaced-GREAT SERVICE!!!!
