We sent one item back d/t low quality and another item was perfectly decent quality. Evidently there are major inconsistencies in quality with this brand. They say items ship from USA - but Our order shipped from China. If we knew this up front we never would have ordered due to excessive customs and duty costs on importing goods from China. Faire needs to better enforce their policies re transparency on important matters like this. These hidden costs can put indie retailers out of business.

Very disappointed on my first order with your company my items was dirty,inside items that were supposed to be in package was not, no way I can sell these items. I asked the UPS man if there was another package he said no I’m supposed new to have backpacks he said no way a backpack is going to fit in that small package. That’s why I think it was taped and exploded from the products not fitting being squished and ripped
