We schedule shipments to avoid extreme weather. Weather Protection: Cold or heat packs can be purchased when needed based on your location and season. Please track your package and retrieve it promptly to prevent exposure to heat/cold. Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival provided that the package is received on the first delivery attempt and you contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Please note: Without the purchase of weather protection or express shipping, we cannot guarantee plant survival due to weather conditions in your area. If the plant arrives dead or heavily damaged due to our packaging error, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit (at our discretion). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If i could leave a freaking 100 star review I would!! Phenomenally packed, arrived with what seems to be minimal stress as of yet. I was so worried after reading the other lady’s review on the Frydeks but it seems like mine are doing great. Black velvet mehhh but it’s to be expected. It should definitely survive and bounce back after some leaf loss. Like I said, to be expected. In this heat it freaking rocked to see them look as good as they do now. You were so accommodating. I cannot thank you
