They are made entirely from the brightest 3M Scotchlite™ material backed with satin. The earring hook is surgical steel. Our Reflective Jewelry is Hand Made in small batches in NYC in a small family-owned workshop that has been producing fabric flowers for the finest fashion houses for four generations.
