Great customer service and awesome products. However, I was charged for items I didn’t receive until I had to bring it to there attention. Once I mentioned it to them, I received some of the items but the others was out of stock

These come prewrapped in parchment to prevent scratching. HOWEVER, for the gold finish only, the paper gets stuck to the outside of the dish, and it is very hard to completely remove and left residue on each dish. The silver ones were fine.
