Use magnesium spray to promote rest, relaxation, sleep, pain relief, etc. Shake well and spray on bottoms of feet, legs or pain points. Do not spray on cut, open or freshly shaved skin. Magnesium can cause some itching if a magnesium deficiency is present. This should decrease with regular use. Available in unscented or lavender scent.
