I really love the blends. Smell and taste great. I think the packaging is quality and the labels are pretty. Quick fulfillment and shipping. Unfortunately, the products sent to me were not shelf ready. The labels were not complete. Some is missing printing like the ingredient list. I contacted the company and eventually had a reply that they would send labels with an apology. After a few days I got the labels, but they are too big and clearly don’t match what was supposed to be there.
