The use of this bottom allows optimal heat distribution over the body of the pot with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using the utensils on gas, electric plate, glass-ceramic, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the body of the pot. The lid is housed in a coining that prevents it from jumping during cooking and from letting steam escape, unnecessarily dispersing heat.
