I was disappointed with the quality of some items and wished to return them. I was able to complete the return through Faire but Viski is not replying to my request for shipping information. Viski has great glassware, other products have inconsistent quality. Will give them another shot- just need communication!

Belmont™ Gold Plated Knife Set of 3
We absolutely love Viski but their packaging never stands up to the shipping process. We always receive a few boxes with holes, rips, or broken glasses, decanters, etc. They do use air-mailers/bubble wrap but a lot of times they are packed in huge heavy boxes where everything just bounces around. I feel their packaging is pretty being a waxy cardboard/cardstock. Most of the time our Customers are buying these items as gifts and broken packaging just looks terrible! Nicolas Hughes, 5087236059
