Each ear bone is unique, no two are alike, even if they come from the same fish. Otoliths can give insights to the age of the fish and the waters in which it swam. Like the rings of a tree, the more rings a fish's ear bone has, the older it is. These bones come from wild caught halibut caught in Sitka, Alaska. Wire wrapped with white and pink freshwater pearls.
