It is a fully assembled replica of a Boston Tender, a classic rowing boat believed to have originated along the New York waterfront in the early 1800s. It looks and feels like a miniature real boat. This 24.5-inch model is strip built from the highest quality of wood by master artisans using “plank on frame” construction, just like real boats. Each model takes more than 50 hours to construct and undergoes a demanding quality-control process. Among the details of this boat model are interior ribs, four oars, oar holders, seats, a brass nameplate, and a stand.
