I recently ordered from RTC, and overall, I had a good experience. The turnaround time for my products was about two weeks, which was reasonable. When my order arrived, I was pleased with the quality of the items—they’re fantastic and just as described. However, I did notice that the box was a bit smashed upon arrival, which was concerning at first. Thankfully, everything was included and in good condition, so it didn't affect my overall satisfaction.
