Colorful riso print of a Chrysanthemum from the Bloom series. Bloom is part of our botanical prints. With this image we have made several quite different colour versions. This is no. 2 Printed on our risograph in yellow, blue and fluor pink. Risography is a technique where you use a duplicating machine to print colours separately, layer by layer. The result is somewhat reminiscent of screen printing. Risography uses semi-transparent inks based on vegetable oil (soy or rice). Due to the technology, each print is slightly different, which makes each riso print unique. Designed & printed by VrijFormaat at their studio in Utrecht. Ink colours: yellow, blue and fluor pink. Paper: 160 grams Biotop, A4 sized (21 x 29.7 cm).
