Our small-batch Hot Sauce is back! This is a seasonal collaboration with some of our farmer friends here in Richmond, VA. This hot pepper jelly is made from a gorgeous variety of organically-grown Cayenne, Aji Dolce, and Carmen peppers. We add apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey, and salt. It's hot, baby! ... But with just enough sweetness to keep it balanced, punchy, and full of flavor.
